Kursus: Procesudvikling i sprøjtestøbning

Teknologisk Videndeling inviterer i samarbejde med Plastindustrien til todages kursus d. 24.-25. september 2025. Kurset fungerer som en grundig opfølgning på kurset “Introduktion til plast – med fokus på sprøjtestøbning”, som i øjeblikket udbydes af Teknologisk Videndeling, men kan også tages som et selvstændigt kursus.

Dette kursus er målrettet deltagere, der ønsker avanceret viden og praktisk indsigt i procesudvikling og validering. Med afsæt i de grundlæggende begreber fra det indledende seminar, lægges der vægt på overgangen fra fokus på form og maskine til en forståelse af uafhængige procesparametre og output. Deltagerne opnår en dybere forståelse af metoder til procesvalidering, herunder emnespecifik procesudvikling, gennemførelse af procesvinduesstudier samt en introduktion til principperne bag Design of Experiments (DoE).

Derudover dækker seminaret teknikker til procesoverførsel og giver et overblik over strategier for proceskontrol og overvågning, hvilket sikrer, at deltagerne kan håndtere og opretholde optimerede produktionsprocesser effektivt.

Seminaret er designet til at bygge bro mellem teoretisk viden og praktisk anvendelse og klæder deltagerne på til at implementere best practices inden for sprøjtestøbning og opnå ensartede, højkvalitets produktionsresultater.

The teacher

Anthony Goff:
Anthony Goff is the Consulting & Training Manager for NE EMEA at RJG Technologies. He has 25 year’s experience working in the injection moulding industry as a consultant and trainer. He has extensive knowledge supporting customers through the life cycle of plastic parts. His knowledge supports customers from conceptional design through to mass production. Anthony specialises in process optimisation and how this can be used to identify and overcome challenges with part design, material selection, mould design and equipment capabilities. Anthony has been a qualified Trainer at RJG for 7 years and conducted training courses on all aspects of injection moulding at G&A Moulding Technology previously for 15 years.
