Webinar: Hvad sker der med råvaresituationen?

Plastindustrien inviterer medlemmer til webinar om råvaresituationen den 10. august kl. 9-10.

I løbet af webinaret vil tre eksterne oplægsholdere fra IHS Markit bidrage med deres indsigter om markedet for plastråvarer og dykke ned i plastmaterialerne PP, PET og PS.

Formålet er at blive klogere på, hvad der har forsaget de store markedsændringer samt få bud på, hvordan fremtiden ser ud. Webinaret er for medlemmer af Plastindustrien, og der vil være mulighed for at stille spørgsmål i Teams i en afsluttende Q&A-session.

Kaushik Mitra
Kaushik joined IHS Markit as the Executive Director of Polyolefins EMEA. In this role he is steering the Polyolefin Insight business for Europe, Middle East & Africa. He is also leading Recycling & Sustainability practice in IHS Markit for Europe Region shaping domain insight.

Kaushik has more than twenty-five years of experience in the Petrochemicals business, working in top Global companies like Reliance and SABIC leading various functions like Business Management, Market Development, Market Intelligence and Strategy in leadership roles.

Fabrizio Galie – PP
Fabrizio joined IHS Markit as a director of Polypropylene EMEA in June 2021. He has extensive experience in the petrochemical industry, in particular covering the polymer sector since 2005 and providing analytics and consulting services. His expertise includes price forecasting, business outlooks, competitive assessment and investment evaluations, market segmentation, demand projections, trade analysis, scenario planning etc.

He has been a frequent and popular speaker at conferences and seminars on olefins and polyolefins in Europe, Africa, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. He contributed several articles, interviews, and editorials to international magazines, sectorial and economic journals. Fabrizio has a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bologna University, Italy.

Martin Wiesweg – PET, PS
Martin is responsible for the EMEA polymer market services and. In 2008, Martin joined the Chemical Market Associates, Inc. (CMAI) as Director Aromatic Polymers Europe and Africa in the Market Advisory Services Group primarily responsible for Polystyrene, Expandable Polystyrene, and Polyester Bottle Resin.

Martin´s polymer expertise is broadened by expertise in Polyolefin, aromatics and their derivatives, and also in polymer recycling. Martin has more than twenty-five years of experience in the Petrochemicals business, working in top Global companies like BP Chemicals and Ineos, with expertise in Commercial Management, Market Development, and various Marketing roles.
