Aage Vestergaard Larsen A/S is Scandinavia’s largest plastic recycling company, and one of the most knowledgeable firms in the field. The company was founded in 1972 in Mariager by Aage Vestergaard Larsen, initially as a sole proprietorship, later as a private limited company and today we are a limited liability company with more than 50 very talented employees. Our core competencies stem from a passion for sustainability and the circular economy, and the staff have a combined experience of more than 500 years in recycling and regenerating plastic materials. We are highly focused on quality, so naturally we have our own, well-equipped in-house laboratory, where all our production is tested continuously. Our large, high-tech inventory of machine equipment and our thorough quality control in the laboratory, combined with our skilled employees, including 5 ambassadors in the company, means that we possess the mindset, the knowledge and the expertise necessary to be the market leader in the recycling of plastic as a new raw material.
