Teknologisk Institut inviterer til konferencen Polymer23

Teknologisk Institut inviterer i samarbejde med Plastindustrien, Clean og IDA Polymer til den internationale konference Polymer23 den 1. november 2023 i Aarhus. Læs om programmet her.
At this year’s Polymer Conference, green transition across the polymer-based value chain will be discussed. From design and production to collection, sorting and recycling of plastics and textiles, more responsible paths for future development will be explored.
Together with an impressive line-up of speakers, the latest advances in the circular economy and innovative solutions that have the potential to reshape the landscape for both national and international industries will be explored.
Highlights from the exciting program include discussions on the necessary transformation from a linear to a circular economy.
This topic will be highlighted by Helle Svendsen, Director, and Simon Frølich, Technology Director, both from the Danish Technological Institute. During the day, there will also be inspiring presentations from experts such as Jacob Arnbjerg, Lead Sustainable Materials Specialist at GRUNDFOS, and Martin Jensen, CTO at Pond Global, as they share their insights on circular and bio-based polymer solutions.
Jacob M. Sandager and Iranga Perera from Novo Nordisk will present the opportunities and challenges of using recycled plastics in medical devices, while Anne Stenbæk, Senior Manager at Novozymes, will reveal bio-solutions for sustainable plastics.
The development of new textiles based on textile waste with Jeppe Mogensen, Business Manager for DesignMaster at Gabriel, will also be unfolded.
The aim is to create a forum for knowledge sharing and discussion.
Register for the conference here.
